Mag1011 Special Degreasing Agent For Magnesium Alloy

Mag1011, a specialized degreaser for magnesium alloys, is a metal cleaning agent synthesized from multiple alkaline substances and special surfactants. It delivers superior cleaning performance, is non-toxic, non-flammable, easy to dispose of, and washable with water.

Usage method :

(1000L of solution)

--Fill the medicine tank to about 1/3, approximately 300L.

--Add the 50 kg Mag-1011 to the chemical tank.

--Add pure water to 1000L.

--Heat to the required operating temperature.

--Wait until the powder dissolves, then start the filtration mixer to stir.

Admisistrative standard

Method for determining the concentration of the processing solution

1. Take a clean conical flask and add 100ml of pure water.

2. Take 5ml of the degreasing solution with pipette and add it into the conical flask.

3. Add 2-3 drops of indicator.

4. Titrate with 0.1 mol/l H2SO4 standard solution until the solution in the conical flask changes from red to colorless. Record the consumed titration volume (ml). The base point is defined as V pt.

Addition frequency: when the alkaline point is less than 6.5, add (7.0-concentration) * tank volume (L)*0.006kg;
